Project Overview


Matheson’s Graduate Programme needed to attract top-tier talent in an increasingly competitive recruitment landscape.
The campaign was designed to reposition the programme as ambitious, human and future-focused — reflecting both the firm’s culture and the calibre of graduates it seeks to recruit. The work spanned digital, OOH and on-site communications, delivering a cohesive experience across multiple touchpoints.

Objective


To elevate the perception of the Matheson Graduate Programme and drive engagement from high-potential graduates across Ireland and Europe. The campaign needed to balance professionalism with approachability — signalling opportunity, progression and long-term career value without resorting to corporate clichés.

Approach


The creative approach focused on people, aspiration and clarity. Real graduates and authentic environments were used to ground the work in reality, while bold messaging and confident design signalled ambition and momentum.

The system was built to scale across formats while remaining instantly recognisable.

Outcome


The campaign successfully reframed the Graduate Programme as a premium career pathway, increasing visibility and engagement across key recruitment channels. The work provided Matheson with a flexible creative platform that could evolve year-to-year while maintaining consistency and impact.
